Yes! You don’t need internet or a smartphone to access your contacts. Just call the CallLocker phone number from any phone, enter your registered phone number and PIN, and your saved contacts will be read back to you right away. It’s designed to work even when Wi-Fi or data isn’t available.
You can add, edit, or delete contacts anytime by signing into your CallLocker account online. Each contact includes a name and phone number, and any changes you make are saved instantly. If you ever call in to access your contacts, your updates will already be reflected — no syncing or extra steps needed.
Yes — security is at the core of CallLocker. All of your contacts are encrypted and stored securely through Supabase, our trusted cloud platform. Only you can access your information using your verified phone number, one-time passcode (OTP), and PIN. We never share, sell, or expose your data to third parties, and even if your phone is lost or replaced, your contacts remain protected and private.
If you lose your phone or change your number, your contacts are still safe. Since all data is stored securely in the cloud, you can simply verify your identity with your recovery email or reach out to CallLocker support to update your registered phone number. Once verified, you’ll regain full access to your account and all your saved contacts.

Not yet — but mobile apps are coming soon! For now, CallLocker can be accessed from any mobile web browser, so you can still log in from your phone or tablet to add, view, or manage your contacts. Once our iPhone and Android apps launch, you’ll be able to do everything directly through the app with the same secure experience.
Yes — you can delete your CallLocker account at any time. When you cancel, all of your saved contacts and personal information are permanently removed from our system. There are no contracts, no hidden fees, and you can always come back and create a new account whenever you’re ready.
CallLocker accounts are private and tied to a single phone number for security. However, with our Premium option, users can assign a trusted person as a proxy to help manage their account or access contacts on their behalf. Regular users can’t “share” individual contacts directly.
If you forget your PIN, don’t worry — you can easily reset it. Just go to the CallLocker website or app and verify your phone number or recovery email. Once confirmed, you can create a new PIN right away. For security, your old PIN is never shown or sent by text.
