Yes — you can cancel anytime from your Settings page. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again. Cancelling doesn’t delete your data. If you want everything removed, you can delete your account from Settings and all of your contacts, notes, and personal information are permanently removed. No contracts, no hidden fees.
Our toll-free number is 1-833-SIX-LOCK (1-833-749-5625). Call it anytime from any phone, enter your registered number and PIN, and your saved contacts will be read back to you instantly.
Easy fix — just log into your CallLocker account, go to your Locker, then open the Settings tab and update your PIN. Your new PIN takes effect immediately.
